The Inn is a seventeenth-century coaching inn that dates from the heyday of Uley as a thriving weaving community the famous "Uley Blue" dye originates from here. We are less than an hour from Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bath, and just 2.5 hours from London.

The Pumps

We serve six real ales, including two from our local Uley Brewery and a Butcombe bitter. We also serve ciders, lagers, wines and spirits, and a range of non-alcoholic drinks. We're open from 12 noon until 11.00pm (10.30pm on a Sunday).

The Food

We offer tempting, home-cooked food, made using local produce wherever possible. Food is served 12-2pm and 6-9pm in the week, and all day at weekends. We also provide outside catering and bars for any event or occasion: please ask Mary or Ben for details.
